How do i get the amounts on line 4d and 4c to be the same?

I made no transfers of funds between accounts and can't edit the amount on line 4d.

Why do you thing they shoukd be the same?

 

What code is in box 7 on your 1099-R

Is the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box checked?

Is box 2a the same as box 1?
