How do I get to Form 6781 "Gains and Losses from Section 1256 Contracts and Straddles"?

I have a Substitute Statement 1099-B that has information that summarizes the futures contracts I bought and sold during 2021.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Tax Home from the Left side Menu
  2. Click on Wages & Income from the main screen
  3. Scroll Down till you see the section titled " Investment Income". Within this section, there will be an option for "Contracts and Straddles". Click Start next to it and enter the information.
