This indicates you purchased a high volume of products from the payer.  If so, the actual dollar amount is in a different box.  In TurboTax there is no way to select or complete Box 7. Generally, companies sell products to their sellers at a wholesale price and may also pay the sellers some form of compensation in the form of bonuses, commissions, or prizes.

This Box 7, Form 1099-MISC is simply a check box indicating this payer had sales from you that totaled $,5000 or more.
