Question

How do I go about changing the date when my LLC started? Since I added on T/T Self-Employed, I do not see how?

The FAQ state I should be able to find a "Business Tab" to make this change. I cannot find a Business Tab and do not see any other way to do this.

In TurboTax Self Employed Online you can follow these steps to change the date your business started:

  1. Within the tax return click Income & Expenses at the top of the screen
  2. Click Edit/Add for your Self-employment income and expenses
  3. Click Edit for the business you would like to change
  4. Click Edit on the General Info line
  5. Click Edit for Started work in 2021
