I have 1095-A form. On TurboTax it is asking me to input numbers to the zero or blank space. For example, monthly premium slcsp, monthly enrollment premiums, and monthly advance payment of premium tax credit.

On the 1095-A, you should not enter "0" zeros.  This will cause a Review Error.  Simply leave the area blank.

The only 1095 that must be reported is the 1095-A.  Both the 1095-B and 1095-C do not have to be included on your tax return.

On the sidebar select Deductions & Credits

    1. Scroll down to Medical.
      1. HSA, MSA Contributions
      2. Medical Expenses
      3. Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A)
    2. Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan?
      1. If Yes
      2. Continue
    3. Complete the form.
