How do I modify State of IN Schedule IN-W entries?

I was prompted to complete Col D-State Income values for three entries in State of Indiana Schedule IN-W. TurboTax did not identify the specific line for each prompt, so I assumed the prompts were in numerical order (i.e., 1, 2, 3, etc.). That was not the case, so my entry was entered for the incorrect line and I can not figure out how to change the information.

Does the Indiana Schedule IN-W now report withholding tax with the wrong W-2 or 1099-R or 1099-G? Are you able to view the entries with the Form Code in column B?

In the online versions, you may view or print at Tax Tools / Print Center / Print, save or preview this year's return / Include government and TurboTax worksheets after you have paid for the software.

If the incorrect withholding is reported with a W-2 coded 'W', are you able to delete that W-2 and re-enter with the correct information? You are able to remove the form by:

Down the left side of the screen, click on Tax Tools.
Click on Tools.
Click on Delete a form.
Find the form listed and click Delete to the right.
