How do i qualify for the Business Income Deduction when i was an employee of the business on my taxes

on my w-2 wage tax form for 2024 number 13 its has three choices 1. statutory employee 2. retirement plan 3. third party sick pay. my employer put x under retirement plan . and turbo said i get deduction 3,418 is this correct
