How do I use box 14 on my W-2? Is the amount all the 3 numbers added up?

No. list each line item separately. There is a link right below the description that says +Add another row. Each line should have a code or description for the amount of the deduction. These help TurboTax determine if the amounts should be included in other parts of your tax return.
