How do you fill out the for 5049 it comes up but cant fill it out

The IRS does not have a FORM 5049.  This is a State Form.

This is for couples that are filing separately.  Sign in to TurboTax and select State in the main menu.  Then, choose Review/Edit your State, possibly Missouri return.   It may say Go back over your State return.  Continue through the questions looking for reference to filing separately.  You should double check  your federal.
