How do you find where you entered information from line 31 on the 1040 form? Amount from schedule 3, line 15?

You can view your Form 1040 at any time using the online editions. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

You probably need to look at the SCH 3 if you can even do that with the online version. You can see a blank SCH 3 at https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040s3.pdf to see if that helps you. That form deals with refundable and non-refundable credits only.
