how do you put in for a section 216 deduction on turbo tax?

    These costs are deductible when you itemize. There is no special line for a Section 216  tenant shareholder  deduction.  Follow these steps:

    1. Open your return to Federal Deductions
    2. Enter property tax listed
    3. Enter your share of Mortgage Interest
