Are you trying to start a US tax return or a Canadian tax return?

If Canadian you are on the wrong website. This is the TurboTax US user community website.

If a US tax return, then in the My Info section of the program for entering your personal information and mailing address you need to click on dropdown on Type of mailing address and select Foreign country.
