There has not been a 1040A since 2017 -- everyone uses Form 1040 now.

IRS Forms 1040A and 1040EZ were discontinued by the IRS after tax year 2017. There is only the Form 1040.

If you have not filed your 2022 tax return -

You can view your Form 1040 plus Schedules 1, 2 and 3 at any time using the online editions. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
