Question

How is my employer/company set up A) Sole proprietor B) Partnership C) S- Corp

I have no answer for any of those options. This is a first. All I no is I work for the union and this is one of the companies I work for last year and I do not understand these questions because I do not own the company and I don't know how many people in the company so how am I supposed to answer this?
