It depends on how you are being paid.  All income is entered in the "Wages and Income" section. 

If you received a form W2 you will enter that in the "Job/W2" topic.  After entering the form W2 information you will be asked about "Uncommon Situations" one of those is "Clergy."  You should select that button.  This will open another series of questions about your clergy pay and any housing allowances.

If you received a 1099-NEC then you would enter that in the "Other Common Income."  After entering the form information, you will be prompted to start/complete a Schedule C which is in the "Business/Self-employment" topic. Label your business as clergy and follow the prompts to put in general information and then income and expenses as needed. The 1099-NEC will already be there to link.
