how to delete line 4 number from VA Schedule 760PY ADJ

I have $1000 interest from U.S. Bond. I earned in state A, but Turbotax automatically enter it into line 4 of VA Schedule 760PY ADJ. How do I delete it? Thank you.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Edit your VA part year return.
    2. Edit the income section.
    3. Review your allocations. 
    4. Mark zero for VA allocation of the bond interest.
