Form 1065 Schedule K-1 Line 11 reports income other than the specific types listed in lines 1 thru 10. There are several codes that apply to various types of income reported on Line 11. You can find them listed here: IRS Partner's Instructions for Schedule K-1 (Form 1065) Line 11.

 

To report a negative number on Line 11, you would need to enter a loss in an entry that flows to this line.
