How to report income not on a 1099

I need to report income that was not reported on a 1099.  Under general business income do I need to report each name of where it came from and the amount separately, or can I just enter one description and the total, for example Bookkeeping and the total.

You can just enter the total. Keep the details with your tax records, but on your tax return you only need the total.
