How to request for Georgia State Tax Refund Due to Double Taxation with Pennsylvania for 2023 tax year

In 2023, I lived in multiple states and worked a job based in Pennsylvania. For most of the year, I was a part-year resident in Georgia (for six months), and I also lived in Pennsylvania for two months. When I originally filed my state tax returns, I allocated 75% of my income to Georgia and 25% to Pennsylvania, as I was primarily residing in Georgia.

However, Pennsylvania has since informed me that even non-residents must file state income tax there and can claim a credit for taxes paid to other states. To comply, I ended up paying the full amount to Pennsylvania, which means I essentially paid taxes on the same income to both states.

Could you advise on the process to file an amended return with Georgia to claim a refund for the portion of income tax now fully paid to Pennsylvania?
