No.  There is a self employed health insurance deduction, but it is for medical, dental or long-term care insurance premiums that self-employed people often pay for themselves, their spouse and their dependents.

Since you will be paying the premiums with after tax money, if you ever use the coverage, benefits paid would NOT be subject to federal income tax.
