I am not a notary anymore and I do not know how to remove from my form.

I put zeros everywhere and it still thinks I need to put information.

If you are certain that you don’t need the Schedule C, SE, 1099-Misc or other supporting worksheets, you can delete them.

Note: Be careful! Once you delete, it is gone for good. You will have to re-enter data if you delete it by mistake.
