I am unable to input my information for Box 19. It is telling me that withholding has already been entered in Box 14 or 20. How do I fix this?

I’m not fully understanding your question Are you asking about Form W-2? Do you have more than one locality that withheld local tax?

If your question is about a W-2, delete your W-2 and type all the information in yourself. That may fix your issue.

To delete your W-2:

1. Tap Tax Tools in the left column
2. Tap Tools
3. Select Delete a Form in Tools Center
4. Scroll down to W-2 and delete
5. Click Continue With My Return in the lower right when you are finished

To add your W-2:

1. Type w-2 in Search (magnifying glass) in the upper right
2. Select Jump to W-2
3. On the screen "Your W-2 info so far" select Add another W-2
