Form 1065 is your primary form and is not able to be removed if you are filing a partnership return.

What type of business are you filing for?  Sole proprietorship, LLC (single member or multiple member), S- Corp?

    Hi Vanessa,

I removed “Schedule K-1 received from another entity” since I though this is for issuing Schedule k-1, but it is still there and smart check keep asking the information and I can’t do a e-filing. Tax expert can’t help my case. I think my previous input is still remaining.

If you are using the online version follow the steps below to delete the k-1 and Schedule E if that is the only reason you have it.  After you delete it, log out of TurboTax and clear your cache and cookies.  Then log back into and it should be gone.

If you are using the desktop version go to forms mode and find the K-1 and select Delete.

    1. From the left rail menu in TurboTax Online, select Tax Tools (You may have to scroll down on the left rail menu.)
    2. On the drop-down select Tools
    3. On the Pop-Up menu titled “Tools Center,” select Delete a Form
    4. This will show all of the forms in your return
    5. Scroll down to the form you want to delete
    6. Select the Form
    7. Click on Delete.

Always use extreme caution when deleting information from your tax return.  There could be unintended consequences.
