I changed my tt acount to file my taxes because turbo tax locked me out of my old one.

Recently since december of last year i have been trying to log into my previous turbo tax account and was having no luck, it kept saying i was temporarily locked out but i never got back into that acount, fast for to this years tax season i had to remake an account to file my taxes and its been almost two weeks now and both my state and federal taxes are yet to be accepted by the irs. i have tried to contact turbo tax through there ai chat feature but i had no luck with that either, has anyone who have faced similar issues can explain what am i to do. thank you in advance
