Solved

I closed my LLC (two members) at the end of last year. The LLC was inactive for the whole year of 2018. (no income or expenses). Do I need to file tax for 2018 LLC?

The Prior year LLC should have been marked "Final" and if so, nothing needs to be filed.

If you did not mark it Final on the front, just print it and send it in marked Amended and Final otherwise IRS will be contacting you where the LLC is for the current year.

No LLC will need to be filed for 2018.

Where should I send it since my LLC was formed in NJ. Also, don't I have to send a 1120 form with it?
