I DBA'd mid year last year. How do I 1099 now.

I DBA'd mid year last year. Do I 1099 from my SS# and also from my EIN# to the same person. So 2 1099's for 1 person? Please advise

I am assuming you mean that in mid-year, you got an EIN for your sole-proprietor business, is that right? And that you are sending a 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC to someone for work he/she did for you, is that right?

 

If so, just send the one 1099 with the EIN (which you had by the end of the year) to cover all payments to that person for the whole year.
