Question

I do not want Turbo Tax to get expenses directly from my financial accounts. How can I by pass this step and enter themselves on schedule c?

To enter expenses on Schedule C, in TurboTax Online: 

 

  1. Go to Self-Employed Income and Expenses under Wages and Income 
  2. Select your business activity or enter a new one by clicking "Add a/another line of work".
  3. Continue past the business profile and income questions. 
  4. Select Skip where prompted if you don't want to import information.
  5. Select a category of expenses and enter the information.
