If you have income from a 1099 MISC form with an amount in box 7, that income gets reported on Schedule C of your tax return.  There are several questions on Schedule C that the IRS requires answered for any income reported, therefore just answer the questions as they relate to you and the income you earned.  See more below:

Hi. You might have the following situation.

1) You have a 1099-Misc -- The IRS considers that self-employment.

2) Your last year's return had a 1099-Misc and it transferred over to 2018.

If that's the case search 1099-Misc then click the jump to link on where to enter the 1099-Misc part of the program. That section is also where you can delete it.
