It can take about three weeks (sometimes a little longer) after your return is accepted before you receive your refund from the IRS. You can check the status of your return by using the Where's My Refund Tool located at the IRS website. If you are Single you should have 1,800 on 1040 line 30 for the Recovery rebate credit. It will either add to your refund or reduce a tax due. So it is included in the final result.
