Question

I get a K1 form from a dividend each year. I bought a TT Deluxe 2022. Before I open it I wanted to check to see if I can enter K1 in Deluxe or do I need Premier?

If you are using the TurboTax online editions you will need Premier or Self-Employed for the Schedule K-1.

If you are using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions installed on a personal computer all of the desktop editions support Schedule K-1.

Thank you.

I use the PC version.

Happy New Year!

@cleona-worley-ya  all Turbotax PC versions can handle K-1s I use desktop Deluxe and it handles my K-1s fine.

you probably get the k-1 because your investment is really a master or publically traded partnership.  the money you call dividends are probably distributions that in themselves are not taxable but instead reduce your basis in the partnership
