Other Reportable Income
Enter the amount and a description that it is a 1099-S from your share of sale of sister's home.

If you have expenses to report on the sale, you can enter another copy of the miscellaneous income with your total expenses entered with a minus sign in front of it and the description that it is adjustment for expenses on sale of sister's home. That will reduce the taxes you pay if you have expenses.
