I have a C-Corp and an LLC. Do state downloads allow me to complete 2 separate filings?

I was able to complete and file both federal returns. However, when attempting to use State TT for second filing the program takes me to TT homepage to purchase the state software again.

Yes, if you are using TurboTax Business to prepare a 1065 and an 1120, then you need to purchase the state version of the 1065 and also the state version of the 1120 (i.e., you need to buy two state returns).
