Question

I have a form 8839 on my return and I have no clue why. I didn’t adopt a kid and my box 12 is empty. How do I delete it?!

Use Form 8839 to figure your adoption credit and any employer-provided adoption benefits you can exclude from your income. You can delete the form if it doesn't apply to you by following these instructions here.
