I have a K-1 from income from a final trust. Why am I be prompted to fill in information about business income?

When you enter the k-1 area, the first thing you do is choose the type of k-1. Go back to the first screen in the k-1 and double heck your entry there. You can use the back button

The program is informing me that I qualify for a QBI of $42 and is setting me up with a Schedule C. I see no financial data in it but is requiring an "activity name."
