In order to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit you must file a 2020 tax return.  If you otherwise do not need to file a return and you have already received all of your stimulus payments then you do not need to file a tax return at this time.

Generally, if your income is below the standard deduction for your filing status (listed below) you do not need to file.

Single                                                        $12,400

Married filing jointly & surviving spouse    $24,800

Married filing separately                            $12,400

Head of household                                    $18,650

To recap the stimulus payment eligibility:

Round one:  $1200 ($2400 if filed jointly) plus $500 for any dependent child age 16 or under

Round two:  $600 ($1200 if filed jointly) plus $600 for any dependent child age 16 or under

Again, if you have received everything and otherwise are not required to file a return you are good to go.
