I have an issue with Form 3468 Part V question 1a issue in Turbo Tax Home and business 2024 - when I input the value of the investment it shows red - does not seem2 work

Any value place instead of the real value of the investment still shows red. the smart check feature picks it up as an error to correct and it does not let me move forward to file. I am stuck with Turbo tax not letting me use this form for a solar improvement on a rental property in 2024

Investment Credits for Form 3468 should be entered in the Step-by-Step interview in order for TurboTax to link the related forms and schedules. This topic is found under Wages & Income >> Business Deductions and Credits >> Other Business Credits >> Investment Credits.

To claim the Solar Energy Credit, enter the basis in Part VI Line 3a. (Line 1a is not applicable to 2024 tax returns.) Enter your capacity limitation on Line 3e.
