I have completed my 1099-NEC income section but when I go to e-file it says I need to fill in something for a schedule c what is this information and where do I find it?

I do not have any place on my 1099-NEC for this info and I have not amended my return.

TurboTax Self Employed Online

If you've received a 1099-NEC it is an indication that you are self-employed. Schedule C is the business section of your return that the 1099-NEC should have been posted to.

With a schedule C you can post your income, but also write off any expenses you may have had.
