Question

I have entered my K1 as I materially participated and that all of my investments is at risk and is still reported as passive. How can I enter as nonpassive?

Please provide more details concerning your K-1 (e.g., which boxes contain figures) and the type of entity.

Also, you can try entering a the K-1 as a another (new) K-1 since old information occasionally gets "stuck" in the program.

Thank you very much for your reply.  I have a loss in box 2 and it is an entity that rents a building and land to a business

That explains why it is reported as passive, since rental real estate inherently generates passive income/loss, unless the owner materially participates in the rental as a real estate professional.
