I have fill out form 8949 and turbotax does not have that option. I do not have business. How can I do that?

Need more info to be able to answer with any specificity:

(a) Are you a US person ( citizen/ GreenCard/ Resident for Tax Purposes )/

(b) How did you acquire the property ( bought, inherited or what ? )?

(c) When did you acquire the property?  When did you dispose of the prop?

(d) What type of property -- (residential or  land or what ?) ?

(e) How was the prop. used during the holding period ?  Specifically if the property was used a income / rental then did you recognize the depreciation?

(f)  Assuming that TDS was at 20%,  were you planning   the indexing or without indexing ?

I am assuming that the property was in India ( a country with whom US does have a Tax Treaty ).

Also  are yopu using a windows download  ( my favorite being Home & Business  for covering complex scenarios )?
