Question

I have partnership income but turbo tax keeps asking me to fill in the s-corporation income.

Be sure that you selected the correct K-1 form that you received when you first started in the K-1 section of your return.  The questions you are asked is dependent on the type of K-1.

 

Go back to that section and double check your entry:

 

  • On the top row of the TurboTax screen, click on Search  
  • This opens a box where you can type in “K-1” 
  • The search results will give you an option to “Jump to K-1”
  • Click on the blue “Jump to K-1” link 
**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
