I have to report 4 properties on Schedule E, but Turbo Tax only allows me to report 3. I have to report 4. How do I enter 4 properties?

Um... you can enter up to 45 separate rentals per the IRS regs so you can certainly enter 4 ... you will enter them one at a time and the program will fill in the forms.

The IRS Sch E only allows 3 per page so you will have 2 pages of the Sch E ... did you miss the second page ???

A SCH E form consist of 2 pages. The program can generate up to 15 SCH E forms allowing for a total of 45 individual rental/royalty properties. There will be three rentals/royalties per SCH E. The second SCH E formset is not generated until "after" you have entered the 4th rental/royalty information.
