Question

I imported my 2019 LLC return to the 2020 software. One member/partner was dropped. What is the fix?

Do I have to use the change members button?  We didn't change, it is just a system problem.

The situation you described has been an issue for a number of TurboTax Business users.

 

The solution is to check your 2019 return (tax file) to ensure that a member was not inadvertently deleted (i.e., that a member left the LLC) or there was otherwise some indication that there was a membership change.
