This is Coronavirus Sick Leave. Use--

Sick leave wages subject to $511 per day- if you were affected

Sick leave wages subject to $200 per day- if you provided care for someone else

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act) requires certain employers to provide employees with paid sick leave or expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. This allowed employees paid leave if they were affected by Coronavirus, either in need of quarantine or caring for children who could not go to school.
