I need to edit the Schedule E, in Part I, A it asks "did you make any payments that would require you to rile a Form 1099 and it checked yes, this should be no.

You can change your answer under the Rental Property Info section in TurboTax.

The easiest way to find this section is to open your return and search for "schedule e" from the magnifying glass in the TurboTax header. Click on "jump to schedule e" to go to the start of that section.

1. From the list of your rentals and royalties summary, click Edit beside the property you need to work on.
2. Click edit beside "Rental property info."
3. Scroll down to Owner Info, and click Edit under "Required to send a 1099."
4. Check the correct box, the click Continue.
5. If you're done, click Looks good at the bottom of the page, then Done at the bottom of the property info page.
