Question

I owe Self employment tax this year, Turbo Tax did not provide a form and address to send the payment to. I live in Ohio, where do I send the payment

    Your self employment tax is included in your personal tax returns' balance due.  You will have a schedule SE that calculates your self employment tax as part of your federal return.  You do not have a separate self-employment tax for the state.
