I own an LLC/partnership. Amazon released the 1099 with my personal name and SSN. The 1099 is incorrect and should state the business entity and EIN. How do I change it?

The entity will file business taxes and release schedule K's to my partner and I since we both own 50% of the business

You can't change it, only the issuer can change it, which would be Amazon.

See if they will issue you a corrected one, with the business name and EIN.

If they won't then still report it on the LLC/partnership, and have documentation in your tax records, should IRS send you a letter that the 1099 is not shown on your return (1040) and then you can show them it was correctly reported on the LLC and Amazon would not correct the 1099.
