I owned a business that closed in 2011. Yet the Schedule K-1 form shows up every year in my MA state filing. Why is this and how do I stop it?

We were an S-Corp that dissolved and the business closed, it was not sold. I filed all appropriate paperwork and a CPA filed our taxes for the following year, but this form continues to show up. How can I delete it?

This schedule K-1 has been transferred to your 2022 return from previous years' returns.

To delete it, please follow these steps:

In TurboTax, open your return
In the left-hand column, locate Tax Tools, click on the drop-down arrow then click on Tools
On the Tools Center page, click on Delete a form
A list of forms will appear. Locate the Schedule K-1 (name of entity) and click Delete next to it.
On the next screen, click Delete Form
