I purchase the Home and Bussiness software and installed on my computer on March. I tried to use it today and suddenly the logo says basic edition. When I access my download it does not show it, but the order number shows the product. I tried to install it again by using the licence code but it won't let me do it either. I don't want to pay $130 again!
