I received a 1009-K in error it was not for business, it was for personal, do I need to fill out a Schedule 1 and where do I get it?

    Yes, the IRS updated their rules this year to handle this situation. You must report the 1099-K but have a chance to say if it was personal, like friends paying for meals or sold a few things, etc. See How do I enter a 1099-K for personal item sales?
