Question

I received a supplemental K-1. Does that have to be filed, or is the information the K-1 has sufficient for the IRS?

Do you have a supplemental statement for a K-1 or did you receive a corrected K-1?

If the former, that should only elaborate on the items in your original K-1.

If you received a corrected K-1, then you need to determine whether any change would have an impact on your income tax liability (and possibly file an amended return if it does).

it depends - some info important for federal purposes is only reported on the supplement either because there isn't enough room of the actual K-1 or there are important disclosures and details.  we can not see the form so there is no way for us to tell you if any info needs to be entered in TT besides the actual K-1 data.
